Vertical screw mill (Verti mill/Tower Mil/Vertical screw mill) is mainly used in the crushing and grinding of metal ores, crushing and deep processing of non-metal ores, the comprehensive utilization of low grade minerals, extraction of useful elements in tailings and other mining industries. Powder metallurgy, mechanical alloying, metallurgical raw material treatment, metallurgical waste residue utilization, cemented carbide production and other metallurgical and other industrial industries.  It is a certain granularity of ore or other materials grinding into a finer granularity of equipment, is a kind of ultra-fine grinding equipment.

Vertical spiral mill is to grind and refine particles by means of stirring.  Under the agitation of mixer, mixing multidimensional groove ball medium and ore material do circular motion and rotation motion, the integrated use of medium ball and mineral aggregate, gravity and produced by the rotation of the centrifugal force between medium ball, ore material and medium between the ball and the ore materials, impact, friction and shear action between mine materials in the deformation and fracture under the action of momentum and impulse finally shattered, achieve ideal size.  Compared with the traditional ball mill at the same power,Energy saving 30% ~ 50%.  The smaller the particle size of the product, the more obvious the energy saving effect. The feeding particle size is up to 6mm and the discharging particle size is up to 0.02mm.

1. Vertical screw mill is mainly composed of transmission part, frame part, screw part, inspection door, coarse classification equipment, screw installation tools, motor, reducer and so on. It has simple structure and convenient maintenance. 

2.  The rack is lined with wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant rubber, and grid or magnetic lining plates are installed to protect the rack and prolong its service life.

3. Installation period is short, generally 2~4 weeks to complete the body installation work.

4. The overall force of the mill is balanced, the foundation has no additional load, and the foundation design is simple.

5. When working, there is no impact inside, and the loss of grinding medium is small.

6. Vertical spiral mill is divided into upper feeding and lower feeding two feeding methods, can be free to choose according to the process.

7. PLC control, with acousto-optic alarm, fault diagnosis and other functions, to achieve the integration of electromechanical and hydraulic control.
