Sand Production Line

Our sand production line mainly consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher,  sand making machine, vibrating screen, sand washing machine, belt conveyor,    electric control panel, etc, and capacity is 50-500T/H. Our sand production line is taking the leading role  in the sand making industry. Sand production line can crush hard limestone, granite, basalt, river stone, etc, and widely used in hydropower, building material,  highway, city construction, etc.

Principle structure of sand production process
Building stone is even transited to crusher to take coarse crushing by librating feeding machine. The crushed materials are transited into fine crusher for further crushing by rubber belt conveyer. The crushed materials are transited into vibration sieve to separate. After satisfying the requirement of finished product particle size, the materials are transited into sand washer to clean and become finished product by outputting by finished product conveyer belt; the unqualified materials are transited back to vibration sieve for reproduction and form multi-circle in completed circuit. The particle size of finished product can be integrated and leveled based on the requirement from user. If selecting dry production technique, pulverized-coal collector and dust separating equipment should be prepared.


Brief Introduction of Sand Production Line

Large stone is transported to jaw crusher via vibrating feeder for primary crushing. Then crushed material is transported to sand making machine.  Then the stones are screened out into several different types with a vibrating screen. Stone with satisfied size is transported to sand washing machine, then it will be final  product, while overlarge stone is returned back to sand making machine for recrushing. 

Process of Sand Production Line:

The raw material is transferred to jaw crusher for primary crushing by vibrating feeder, then the crushed materials are transferred to sand-making machine through belt conveyor for secondary crushing. The materials crushed will be transferred to the vibrating screen. The materials with suitable size will be transferred to sand washing machine, after being washed, then clean final products will be discharged. The others with unsuitable size will be screened from vibrating screen, then will be transferred to the sand-making machine, this forms a closed circuit manifold cycles.
Sizes of final products will be according to our customers' requirements. If it is the dry process, the classifier and deduster will be attached according to you requirement.

It is highly automatic. The efficiency is high, operation cost is low, crushing ratio is high, capacity is high, and pollution is very low. Size of final product is even, and with good shape, which complies with requirement for highway.

Stone Production Line

Stone crushing plant, which can also be called rock crushing plant, includes vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher or cone crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor and centrally electric controlling system, etc. The designed capacity is from 40t/h to 600t/h. To meet customer’s specific requirement for stone crushing, we can also add other equipment such as cone crusher, dust catcher in the crushing plant.

Production Process of Stone Crushing Plant

The big stones in the stone production line are coarsely crushed in the jaw crusher sent by the vibrating feeders through the bunker evenly. The coarsely crushed stones are sent to the impact crusher by the belt conveyor for further crushing. After tertiary crushing, the materials are screened in the vibrating screen through the belt conveyor to classify several sizes of stones.The stones which can meet the requirements will be sent to the finished product material piles by the belt conveyor, while the left stones will be sent to the impact crusher for another further crushing to form a closed circuit cycle. The finished product can be classified and combined according to the customers' needs. The dust removal equipment can be added in order to protect the environment.

Being high efficient sieving equipment,it is wildly used in mining,coal,metallurgy,building materials,refractory materials,light industry and chemisry industries.

     4 Workina Principle.

 The vibrating exciter is installed in the side plate of sieving box. Together with motor,the exciter rotates through coupling or belt,which produces centrifugal inertia  force.The sieving screen is the main easy-wear part.The perforated sieving plate and rubber sieving plate can be knitted by austenitic manganese steel,according to different raw materials and customers requirements.The sieving plate has the types of single layer and double-layers.The sieve obliquity can be adjusted by the height of the supporting seat of spring.
